Everyone think good thoughts for Mabel
Today Ms. Mabel is spending the whole day at the vet...
She wasn't quite herself so I took her to the vet last week and asked them to give her a checkup and run her blood (she is 12 years old). Her liver enzymes came back 3x normal. Yikes. Thus she is back having a little growth removed, biopsied, and having her bloodwork redone.
It's weird working from home and not having her circling around, begging for some petting, and wanting to sneak into my lap.
Now I'm just anxiously waiting for the vet's office to call...

Mabel says "meow" and thanks for the vibes. Her little growth was actually a couple of lumps, so the 'lil lady is home now recovering nicely. We won't know anything for a few days--so keep your paws crossed!
