When my sister called me up last week and asked if I just happened to have any finished baby girl items on hand, I was happy to dig up this little unfinished gem.
I had started making it a few years ago after one of nieces was born. Unfortunately, by the time I was getting close to finishing she had already outgrown the sweater. So I was happy to dig it up and sew it together and knit the button bands.
I hope my sister's friend likes it! And hey, at least I finished something.
This is why I love UFOs. I finished three sweaters this week that have been... marinating.
